I'm speechless. I never knew my voice and face and name would be on your blog, miss. Why? My life is over. Oh and the right side receives de-oxygenated blood and only needs to pump it to the lung thus meaning it's smaller than the left side which has oxygenated and needs to deliver it to the rest of the body.
ReplyDeleteThe arteries have more force in the blood they're carrying therefore they need to be able to stretch but in veins the pressure is lower and they also have valves to make sure the blood is going in the right direction and to prevent backwash. TA DAAA.

Oh my gosh I didn't know that video would be posted but the arteries do need to be thicker as the pressure in the blood is high and the thickness prevents the arteries from bursting. I think
